Contract Management & Help Desk Officer (CMHDO)
Summary of Main Responsibilities :
* Maintain & up date SLA monitoring report
* Responsible to provide SLA Procurement daily, weekly & monthly report
* Maintenance varoius procurement & premises banking processes
* Communicate, handling complains & prepare analytical reports of any kind of complain
* Monitor & track the resolution of complain
* Ready for alternate position to do the job such as : make specification detail of goods, make requisition / requirement, get vendor quotation, conduct bidding, clarification & negotiation with vendor, so on
Qualifications :
* Minimum S1 degree & have at least 3 years experience in Procurement/ Purchasing Unit
* Understand procurement & premises banking system and procedure
* Fast learner & have a good conceptual and analytical skill
* Good writing skill & computer literate min Microsoft Access & Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, etc)
* Able to speak English (min writing)
* Ready to work hard and underpressure
* Good interpersonal & communication skill, as well as team work behavior
